About the Role:
As a Structures Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Structures Inspectors to plan, programme and undertake Principal, General and Special Structures Inspections in line with agreed timescales, budgets, procedures, standards, guidance and industry best practice.
The successful candidate will have experience in planning traffic management and access equipment, as well as being proficient in planning and undertaking all types of inspections. They will also be capable of recognising and categorising a broad range of defects to current highways inspection standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and advise others regarding structures inspections, repair recommendations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of rail possessions and managing the associated BAPA's, as well as experience of working with and managing projects and programmes.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Location: South Mimms, Leatherhead or Dartford
