Job Summary:

Connected Search Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and manage complex engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Present regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide junior project managers and team members to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager in the engineering sector.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field, advanced degree preferred.
