About the Role

Tenways E-Bike is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team in Scotland/North England/North Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage sales operations, including order processing, sales administration, and training.
  • Provide excellent commercial and after-sales service to customers, including brand marketing and customer support.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase sales, and develop action plans to achieve set figures and margin targets.
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight stays.
  • Knowledge and experience in sales, market research, and analysis.
  • Highly organized and able to work remotely.
  • Demonstrate technological acumen and ability to acclimate quickly to new digital platforms.
  • Budget and management experience.
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
