About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Apprenticeship Programme Specialist to join our team at Incommunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes that align with our organisational needs and standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of apprenticeship programmes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote excellence in learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external apprenticeship providers to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
  2. Support and guide mentors and leaders responsible for apprentices, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support apprentice development.
  3. Ensure all learning and development activities comply with current standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with business leaders to identify skills gaps and succession planning needs, utilising the apprenticeship levy or corporate training budget to address these gaps and support strategic goals.
  5. Work closely with the L&D team to deliver training sessions and facilitate learning opportunities for apprentices and colleagues.
  6. Contribute to the broader People Experience team by supporting other projects and deliveries as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the design, delivery, and facilitation of training sessions.
  • Experience in assessing and improving training and learning programmes, with a focus on apprenticeships.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting mentors and leaders.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to monitor apprenticeship levy spend effectively.
