Job Description

School Overview:

The Wayman Learning Trust is committed to providing high-quality education for students with a range of special educational needs.

We are seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our collaborative team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students and families.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver tailored education plans and create a positive inclusive learning environment.
  2. Support children with autism ADHD or other additional needs.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary SEN settings.
  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and experience with individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A clear DBS and legal right to work in the UK.
