Job Description

In a rapidly growing technology-forward financial services firm, we are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Operations Manager to oversee the management of a growing team in our Belfast office. This is a hands-on requirement initially overseeing a small team that is on track to grow massively in the short to mid-term.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing 'First Line' Financial crime Operations and demonstrable experience in building teams. In-depth knowledge of AML, CTF, and fraud regulations, as well as industry best practices for robust financial crime control implementation is required.

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits include a 4-week paid holiday allowance and independent review rating of 4.9 stars on Google.

  • Manage a growing team of Financial Crime analysts to undertake Client Due Diligence (CDD) and ongoing assurance processes
  • Oversight of conducting assurance reviews of clients to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
  • Building out the firm's assurance framework for Embedded Banking, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to ensure compliance
