About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Boaz Trust as the Head of Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for procuring and managing accommodation services, including shared housing, and ensuring compliance with social housing standards, regulations, and relevant legislation.

About Us

The Boaz Trust is a dedicated provider of accommodation and support for people facing homelessness due to insecure immigration status in Greater Manchester. We offer holistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed support to individuals who have had their asylum claims refused or been granted refugee status.

Your Role

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustainable impact. You will also manage a team of staff and contractors, ensuring the delivery of housing management services.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
