The Role

As an Intake Planning Manager, you will lead the team to deliver accurate and timely visibility on inbound volumes. You will manage the processes to prioritize critical product into the business, stakeholder management across commercial and supply chain, and drive the development and implementation of the new inbound management system.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Intake Planning Team to deliver accurate and timely visibility on inbound volumes.
  • Manage the processes to prioritize critical product into the business.
  • Stakeholder management across commercial and supply chain.
  • Drive the development and implementation of the new inbound management system.
  • Circulate and escalate intake information to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and elevate the Intake Planning team.
  • Write and provide training for new intake stakeholders.
  • Develop and train the Intake Planning team.
  • Manage a high-performing team.
  • Support our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in intake planning.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Ideal experience of implementing new systems.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to prioritize based on a good understanding of commercial activities.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage their own workload and communicate confidently and openly with others.
  • An approachable and flexible working style.
  • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of different teams.
