Cemaes Bay – 4 Day Working Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Cemaes Bay. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Electrical Team and ensuring the effective delivery of PPM & Reactive Maintenance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Electrical Team to ensure the delivery of maintenance work in line with client expectations
  • Conduct risk assessments and Health & Safety checks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Liaise with the team to schedule and complete maintenance work
  • Deliver regular team briefs to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed via client systems

Requirements:

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualifications
  • Experience supervising a team
  • C&G 2391 is desirable
  • SMSTS / NEBOSH / IOSH is desirable
