Job Summary

The Freelance Recruiter is seeking a highly experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our HVAC and Refrigeration division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
    • Effectively diagnose and repair faults with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems
    • Provide first-time fix responses where possible
    • Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Client Relationships
    • Liaise closely with clients to maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
    • Coordinate and control all documents associated with maintenance works
  • Technical Expertise
    • Work with VRV's, cold rooms, close control systems, and chilled water systems
    • Have experience with heat pumps and refrigeration systems
    • Be F-Gas/EN 378 compliant
  • Personal Qualities
    • Be a highly motivated and proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills
    • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients
    • Be confident in your ability to work unsupervised

Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Full driving license
