We're seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Advocate to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding user experiences.
About the Role:
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to provide 1st and 2nd line support across multiple digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues, log tickets, and drive resolutions collaboratively with the team.
- Support client demos, communicate software updates, and assist the Operations Manager with reporting and inbox management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and video channels to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions for customer problems and drive business growth.
- Leverage e-commerce experience to enhance the customer journey and exceed expectations.
