Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Works Administrator to support our Temporary Works Team with daily administrative tasks and business processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of document control, data handling, and reporting, as well as excellent communication and organization skills.
You will be responsible for presenting a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling and manipulating key performance indicators and reporting data, and developing and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the project and client needs.
This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative and enthusiastic team, developing good relationships with stakeholders and responding positively to changing business circumstances.
About You
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C Maths and English
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Familiarity with Microsoft Forms & Power BI
- Good communication and organization skills
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
