About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager in the West Kent area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, building relationships with clients and their families, and overseeing care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients in the West Kent area
  • Build relationships with clients and their families
  • Oversee care plans and ensure quality of care is delivered
  • Support the induction of new staff into the clients

About You:

  • You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience
  • Experience of providing community-based care, ideally complex care
  • Able to commit to a flexible working pattern and participate in the provision of the telephone-based out-of-hours service on a rotational basis
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
