Early Years Education Specialist

Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Sawbridgeworth area. This is a long-term supply role that offers the opportunity to work in an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Primary School with a child-centered approach to learning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children within Early Years following the EYFS framework.
- Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
- Identify and address the additional support needs of students.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification is essential.
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school.
- A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
