Job Summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Voyage Care, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide direct care and support to service users, including medication management and wound care
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the ongoing needs of service users are met
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A UK-based nursing qualification and registration with the NMC
  • Relevant experience working as an RGN in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
