Tooling Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tooling Design Engineer to join our team in Witney. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering all new and existing tooling design, tooling improvement, and obsolescence & replacement.

The successful candidate will have relevant machinery & tooling design qualifications, experience in tooling design & manufacture, and design of injection mould tools. Additionally, they will have knowledge of DFM, factory design & manufacturing processes, and plastic injection moulding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop tooling for injection moulding processes
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling meets design and manufacturing requirements
  3. Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis to optimize tooling design
  4. Develop and maintain tooling design documentation and records

Requirements:

  • Relevant machinery & tooling design qualifications
