Ce poste représente une opportunité exceptionnelle de travailler sur une gamme de réclamations d'assurance complexes, tant internationales que nationales. Notre liste de clients est prestigieuse et en pleine croissance. Les clients incluent le marché de Londres et de grandes compagnies d'assurance reconnues. Nous conseillons également des clients d'entreprise prestigieux, que ce soit par le biais de travaux d'assurance ou directement.

Le travail est varié, impliquant des réclamations sur différents types de polices d'assurance/reassurance, y compris Spécialité, Contingence, Marine, Énergie, Administrateurs et Dirigeants, Garantie et Indemnité, Cyber, BI/propriété et plus encore ; et sous des programmes de première couche, de couche excédentaire et de réassurance. Les tâches incluent des conseils sur toutes les étapes du cycle de réclamation, depuis le conseil sur la couverture des polices jusqu'à la litige ou l'arbitrage des différends et la poursuite des récupérations subrogées. Notre travail couvre de nombreuses juridictions, et notre équipe fait partie intégrante de notre réseau mondial.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un avocat ambitieux avec d'excellentes compétences techniques et interpersonnelles pour intégrer une équipe dynamique et en pleine expansion. Une expérience dans les lignes financières, la garantie et l'indemnité, les administrateurs et dirigeants et/ou les lignes d'assurance cyber est préférée.

Les candidats qui ne répondent pas aux critères préférés seront pris en considération s'ils possèdent une expérience significative dans d'autres travaux de couverture/réclamations complexes ou de haute valeur.
