Relm Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Strategist to join our dynamic HR department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in global recruitment within the insurance industry, specifically focusing on hiring Underwriters, Insurance Operations Professionals, and C-Suite Insurance Executives. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.

We are offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will also develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.

You will conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks. Your goal will be to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You should also have proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with particular expertise in Workable and Paylocity being a valuable asset.
