Job Title: Teaching Assistant Feltham

Salary: £80 - £90 Per day

Job Duties:
  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and assisting students
  • Contribute to creating a positive learning environment for students
  • Provide individual support to students with learning difficulties
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour control
  • Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
  • Support students during practical activities and educational outings
Required Qualifications:
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
Education:
  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3)
Experience:
  • Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
  • Experience supporting students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of classroom dynamics and behaviour management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Additional training in special educational needs support
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily in a classroom setting
  • Full-time hours with occasional overtime required
  • May involve assisting with off-site educational activities

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.
