About the Role
We're seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our kitchen team as a Chef. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our menu standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Participate in menu planning and development to ensure consistency and quality
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, or Chef de Partie
- Passion for food, customer service, and hospitality
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
