Breakfast Chef Job in a Boutique Hotel

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at a prestigious Boutique Hotel in a beautiful coastal area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking with fresh, local produce and a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a section within the kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Produce dishes to meet the required standard, using fresh produce and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Supervise the team when required, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
• Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, with a strong understanding of food safety and health and hygiene practices.
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress, with a passion for cooking with fresh produce.

The Reward:

• £14.00 per hour, including tips.
