As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will be responsible for recording and reconciling bank receipts and payments, processing biweekly provider payment runs, and managing client sales invoices.

The ideal candidate will possess a confident understanding and working knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and accounting principles. They should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Job:
  • Record and reconcile bank receipts and payments
  • Process biweekly provider payment runs
  • Manage client sales invoices and distribute them accordingly
  • Oversee aged debt and credit control
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Process accounting records efficiently within Access Dimensions

We anticipate the successful candidate to work from our Esher office initially but expect to transition to a hybrid arrangement once fully trained.
