Job Title: Environmental Health Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health Manager to lead our Pollution Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of officers covering contaminated land and air quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, support, and mentor the Pollution Control team and organize workloads to provide an excellent service.
  • Lead on the development and improvement of policy and procedures.
  • Be the main point of contact and respond to complex planning applications.
  • Provide expert knowledge and assist with service delivery on pollution matters, including statutory nuisance, Environmental Permitting, planning consultation, land contamination, and air quality.
