Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Seaside Wellbeing Programme, working closely with local stakeholders to design and deliver innovative blue health interventions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Co-designing and delivering blue health interventions with local user-led organisations and communities
  • Working with freelancers and local charities to offer a wide range of easily accessible activities
  • Providing training and support to help participants develop new skills and confidence
  • Monitoring and evaluating programme outcomes to inform future developments

What We Offer

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering a competitive salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
