Customer Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at RECRUITMENTiQ. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Team Members and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement store initiatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Manage and maintain store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.32.
