Compassionate Care Associate

In this vital role, you will work alongside our experienced care team to deliver exceptional support and care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and helping residents maintain their dignity.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure residents' physical and emotional needs are met through empathetic support and guidance
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
- Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on location)
