Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee large refurbishment projects in the Manchester and North West region. This role requires a strong trade background, with additional experience in civil works such as steel structures. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring and following project processes and schedules
Coordinating with trades and managing subcontractors
Ensuring the timely delivery of projects and problem-solving as required

Requirements:

Trade background in joinery or drylining (preferred)
Ability to manage large-scale projects, working on-site and interacting with teams directly

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, typically 7 am to 5 pm (Weekends may be required depending on project needs.)
