Job Title: Safeguarding Social Worker

At R S D TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Safeguarding Social Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chair reviews of looked after children and children placed for adoption as required by the Adoption and Children Act 2002 and other statutory regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Chair both initial and review child protection case conferences as required by the All Wales Child Protection procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable children and families.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide effective support and services to children and families.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
