About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Mark Attorney to join our team at Stobbs, a leading intellectual property practice. As a Trade Mark Attorney, you will play a key role in providing exceptional advice and service to our clients, working independently and collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on trade mark law and practice to clients, including conducting searches, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, and advising on trade mark infringement and enforcement.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver a range of intellectual property services, including trade mark, design, and copyright advice, litigation, and commercial contracts.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and global associates, prioritizing workload and billing effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in trade mark law and practice, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative and effective solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified UK or EU Trade Mark Attorney with relevant experience as an attorney or trainee attorney at another legal services firm or in-house.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a range of clients, including commercial drivers and pressures.
