Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our internal Civil & Structural Engineering division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exciting and varied civil engineering projects with a focus on bridge design and assessment.
  • Champion excellence within the discipline and provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Engage with clients and support successful project delivery.
  • Support the development and growth of the bridge engineering team.
  • Continuously develop professional skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Civil Engineering role, ideally acting as CRE or CRE under mentorship.
  • Experience of civil engineering design, particularly bridge design and assessment in the railway industry, including knowledge of Network Rail standards.
  • A Civil Engineering degree.
  • Commercial awareness and experience with programming and delivery to budgets and timescales.
  • Proficiency in computer analysis programs and 2D/3D Microstation.
