About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team as a Mobile Engineer in Milton Keynes. As part of our M&E Hard Services team, you will be responsible for performing both PPM and Reactive maintenance on Electrical systems, as well as working on Mechanical and general Hard FM Equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out PPM and Reactive maintenance on Electrical systems, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures.
  2. Work on Mechanical and general Hard FM Equipment, including routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  3. Operate a mobile basis, covering multiple retail, hospitality, and commercial properties across Milton Keynes and surrounding regions.
  4. Collaborate with the M&E Hard Services team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
  5. Ensure all work is documented and recorded accurately, in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
  1. Must be mechanically qualified, ideally with a completed apprenticeship.
  2. Have experience in providing both PPM and Reactive maintenance to both Electrical and Mechanical FM building equipment.
  3. Hold a UK Driving License with 6 points or less.
