Job Summary:
IKM Testing UK is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Lead to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our business. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities, achieving key performance indicators, and managing sales activities and relevant data in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure new business opportunities through IKM's Sales and Account Management processes.
- Achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed upon with the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all sales activities and relevant data are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Attend bid clarification and negotiation meetings with clients, ensure timely follow-up, and manage the bid register, including lessons learned.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights on market size, volume, pricing, and opportunities.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the bid and operational phases of projects, ensuring IKM's best interests are represented at all times.
- Be prepared to travel at short notice to various IKM and client locations, representing IKM in external and internal meetings.
- Assist in developing and improving business development procedures within the IKM Management System.
- Prepare accurate management reports related to business development activities.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driver's Licence.
- HNC or higher in engineering or a business-related degree.
- Experience in the UKCS oil and gas industry, either offshore or onshore.
