About the Role

You will be responsible for owning product development plans and representing features within our cross-functional team. This involves proposing new feature ideas that address customer pain points or needs based on your deep understanding of the market. Your key responsibilities include prioritizing and communicating production customer issues defects based on relevant data for timely resolution. Additionally, you'll lead demos to key stakeholders at program milestones.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Meet target customer expectations without compromising commercial viability.
  • Write functional specification documents to a high standard, including product user workflows.
  • Analyse and understand each feature in our product suite to measure the impact of changes.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy with effective communication of customer requirements and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Work in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • FOLLOW REASONABLE MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS AS REQUIRED FOR THE BUSINESS.

Requirements

  • Gather accurate and detailed client/internal stakeholder requirements for product development. Work alongside the development team to deliver those requirements.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand technical language (REST, JSON, XML) and accurately communicate to non-technical staff.
  • Show analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, sourcing technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork with the ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously.
  • Be self-motivated with a drive to succeed and react well to rapidly changing requirements with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £65,000 - £90,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
