Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage our existing contracts, supporting the electrical department's growth. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in the Social Housing sector and can manage works in the general domestic and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide range of projects and work streams.
  • Maintain the highest quality standard in Health and Safety and service delivery.
  • Proven leadership skills, including management of engineers and supervisors.
  • Accurately record and maintain all contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Work commercially aware, utilising Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Develop and motivate others, ensuring excellent relationships with employees, contractors, and clients.
