We are seeking an experienced Procurement Strategist to join our team at Your World Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in elevating our success rate for tenders and bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a structured approach to bid management, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Lead the end-to-end bid process, focusing on improving win rates and meeting objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to gather input on each project's specific strengths, ensuring tailored responses that highlight our unique value proposition.
• Maintain a proactive tracking system for all tender opportunities, expressions of interest, and submissions.
• Ensure all bid submissions align with relevant procurement legislation, reducing risk and opening opportunities for direct award.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing bids and tenders, with demonstrated success in increasing win rates.
• In-depth understanding of procurement legislation, especially related to direct awards and compliance with relevant laws.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple bid processes, track deadlines, and coordinate across departments.
• Ability to craft compelling, persuasive responses that clearly communicate our value proposition.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
