At STERIS, we strive to create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative solutions for patient care. We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Tape Tab Production, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and review samples from packing machines to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
  • Assist in the calibration of Alanine products through testing and measurement activities.
  • Participate in AQL Level 2 sampling for product release.
  • Identify, document, and investigate non-conformances to establish sustainable corrective actions.
  • Review batch logbooks, forms, and controlled spreadsheets to ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping.

Requirements:

  • Calibration experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 13486.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with strict deadlines.
  • Mathematical skills, including ratios, proportions, and basic algebra.
  • Ability to generate detailed, high-quality documentation.
  • Collaborative skills, with the ability to work with others to analyze and solve technical problems.
