Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering utility-based infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver utility-based infrastructure projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and operational teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including CDM2015
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and operational teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and delivering utility-based infrastructure projects
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and operational teams
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, including CDM2015
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ or equivalent)
  • Relevant technical qualification, such as BSc/BEng in Infrastructure/Civils
