We are seeking a skilled Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at the Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries or other neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse or key worker for a defined group of patients.
- Provide a high standard of individualised care to a defined group of patients, relatives, and carers.
- Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff.
- Work as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes.
- Adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, meeting the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene, minimising the risk of cross-infection.
Requirements
- A current NMC Pin registration.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
