About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Asbestos Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a home-based environment with occasional travel requirements to Livingston.
As an Asbestos Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients by conducting comprehensive building surveys and bulk sampling for asbestos identification. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Performing thorough building surveys to identify potential asbestos-containing materials.
- Conducting accurate bulk sampling procedures to analyze the presence and type of asbestos.
- Executing meticulous asbestos monitoring and clearance activities to ensure safe working environments.
- Generating detailed and comprehensive reports outlining your findings and recommendations.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the asbestos consultancy field. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant certifications such as P403 and P404, demonstrating your expertise in asbestos management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- A strong organizational aptitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
- A full driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
