BAM Nuttall is seeking a Sub Agent to join their team in Devon and Cornwall. As a Sub Agent, you'll be responsible for managing and supervising engineers, maintaining good working relationships, and adopting a cost-conscious attitude.

Job Description
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Manage and supervise engineers to achieve high levels of engineering control and record generation.
  • Maintain good relationships with staff and supply chain partners.
  • Avoid waste and adopt a cost-conscious attitude.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or HND in Engineering or equivalent.
  • CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager.
  • SSSTS.
  • Successful experience and performance at Section Engineer level.
