Job Opportunity at Willing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Willing Care, a leading provider of residential care services for children and young people.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans.
  • Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes independence.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Document and report any changes in clients' health or emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare.
  • Empathetic and caring individual with a strong commitment to promoting equality and inclusion.
  • Previous experience in a support worker or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of person-centered care and the ability to tailor support to individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
