Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face, telephony, and live chat interactions.
  2. Resolve customer inquiries using our CRM system.
  3. Topping up gas and electric meters, sharing energy efficiency tips, handling transactions, and promoting our charitable foundation.

You will work in our high-street Energy Hubs, serving customers in their community. No prior experience in the energy industry is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,272 (Pro-Rata) £12,636 based on 20 hours per week.
