Nursery Supervisor

At Blom and Blom, we are seeking a highly skilled Nursery Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our nursery setting and drive its continued success.

Salary: £45,000 (negotiable)

Job Description:

We require a strong leader with 18 months experience in nursery management to oversee the planning and development of our setting. The successful candidate will create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment, supporting staff and promoting outstanding childcare. They will also liaise with local authorities and professionals, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE) and have at least 18 months experience in nursery management. They should be knowledgeable about the EYFS framework and regulations, as well as Ofsted standards and requirements. Ability to prioritize and meet outcomes is essential.
