Environmental Programmes Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Environmental Programmes Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, running and promoting events that align with our mission.

The successful candidate will have experience in event management, marketing and communication, as well as strong relationships with stakeholders. You will work closely with our Communities and teams to deliver high-quality events, conferences, webinars and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain systems to interact with staff, committees, communities and members to curate a programme of events.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and evolution of the events and webinar programme, utilising technology where appropriate.
  • Manage all events from conception to completion, setting project timelines and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Forecast event income, expenditure and associated risks, and deliver events within agreed budgets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's office-based experience.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle competing projects.
  • Experience using online platforms for events and meetings.
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
