We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Surveyor to join our Commercial Fit-Out team at Service Care Solutions - Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that tenant fit-out works are carried out as approved by the licence to alter agreement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tenant fit-out programmes with Council building service users and activities
  • Lead regular meetings with stakeholders and deal with complaints and issues arising on the project
  • Produce update reports for project sponsors, directors, and councillors as required
  • Supervise and manage external consultants
  • Assist with the production of the occupier's handbook for commercial tenants
  • Manage and assist with defect issues arising from the original refurbishment project
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly of large and complex refurbishment projects, and working in live building environments. They should also have good knowledge of contract management and dispute resolution.

Additionally, experience in building services and knowledge of the commercial fit-out process would be beneficial.
