About the Role

We're seeking a charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent our client's brand and latest products in a retail environment. As the face of the brand, you'll capture consumers' attention with your infectious energy and enthusiasm, establishing meaningful connections and creating positive and memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver captivating and informative demonstrations of our home cleaning and floorcare products, ensuring customers gain a deep understanding and appreciation for the brand and the latest products.
  • Become the brand's cleaning and floorcare expert, mastering the entire product range to upsell effectively and educate customers on key features and benefits.
  • Showcase our latest products hands-on, sharing time-saving tips and insights for home care.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Enhance the customer experience with excitement, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere during product demonstrations that are both informative and enjoyable.
  • Drive engagement by leveraging your engaging personality to influence purchase decisions and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Build meaningful relationships with shoppers and colleagues to maximize upselling opportunities.
Requirements
  • You're able to bring high energy and enthusiasm, creating a memorable atmosphere wherever you go.
  • You're an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable striking up conversations with strangers and making them feel excited about our cleaning and floorcare products.
  • You're passionate about cleaning and sharing hints and tips on the latest timesaving tech.
  • You're a quick learner who can become a product expert.
  • You're able to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach.
  • You have proven experience in delivering product demonstrations or demonstratable experience in retail and/or customer service.
  • You're able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
