About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Technician to join our expanding Plant & Fleet team in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a diverse range of vehicles and equipment within the utilities sector.

With 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services provides innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions to various sectors. Our team has grown rapidly, and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles.

This is an excellent opportunity to work unsupervised at customer sites, using your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues with LCVs, plant, and equipment. You will receive backup support via our central service network and have access to regular training and development opportunities.

As a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you will be allocated a modern, fully equipped service van, PDA, and smartphone. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality services that exceed their expectations.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, a discretionary bonus, contributory pension scheme, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
