As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market

- Providing expert advice on property valuations and market trends

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for a career progression
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence holder
