We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager to join our care team at Exemplar Health Care. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a care home unit and ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You must also have experience in nursing management and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations. We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £21.25 (£36,465 per annum full-time equivalent).
