**Account Lead Opportunity:**
beBee Professionals is seeking a highly experienced Sales Account Lead to join our team in Bletchley, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and products that meet client needs.
- Present tailored proposals to clients to showcase our products and services and build trust.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a results-driven approach.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance using CRM software.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and build long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform client strategies and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Account Lead or similar role in a sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build trust with clients.
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications to streamline tasks and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
About the Salary:
